Picked up my Exway board a few weeks back and yeah, I’m happy with it. It feels really solid, rides super smooth, and the range is pretty much what I expected. I was kinda tempted by some cheaper boards, but glad I spent a little extra. For the price, it’s been a good buy so far

This board feels super sturdy and well made. The ride is really smooth too, and I haven’t had any Issues with it so far. Happy with it overall

The delivery was okay, but the box definitely looked like it had been through a lot. There were dents all over it and one corner was ripped open a bit, so I was nervous when I started unpacking everything. Thankfully the board seems fine and nothing was missing, but I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next if there had been damage. There weren’t clear instructions about reporting shipping issues or who to contact, which was frustrating. Shipping time was about what they said, but I really wish the packaging had held up better.

I picked up my Exway board mostly for commuting, and the deck has been way more comfortable than I expected!!! It’s got just the right amount of flex, not too squishy and not super stiff, so little bumps and rough patches don’t feel nearly as annoying!!

I’ve also noticed my feet don’t get tired as quickly on longer rides compared to my old board, which is a huge plus!!! It still feels really stable even when the road gets a bit beat up, so yeah, I’m happy with it so far!!!

I needed a new belt and a few small parts for my board, and I found them on the site without much trouble. Checkout was straightforward too, which made the whole thing quick and easy. It’s just really useful when the parts you need are actually in stock and easy to order.

I was surprised by how smooth the brakes feel. They stop quickly on hills without jerking me forward, which makes riding downhill feel a lot safer and easier...

I kept checking it like, “Come on, update already!” The tracking did work overall, but the updates were a bit slower than I expected. Not a huge deal, just kind of made me impatient while waiting for my order.

I ordered from exwayboard.com on Monday and was expecting it to take a while. Right after I got the tracking, their update basically said something like, “you should see it moving soon,” and it actually did.
The board ended up arriving by Friday, which surprised me in a good way. The box looked fine, everything was packed well, and I never had to chase anyone down or ask support what was going on. Really happy with how quick and easy it was...

It’s okay in light rain and works fine for basic driving, but once the roads got wet, I felt a bit nervous. I kind of regret not going with something that felt more reliable in rainy conditions.

I had a problem pop up with my board after a few months, and I was expecting the whole warranty process to be a hassle. I sent Exway an email with some photos and my order details, and they replied faster than I thought they would.

They just asked a couple of reasonable follow-up questions and then shipped out the replacement part without making it complicated. Shipping took a bit, but nothing crazy, and the board is back up and running now. Overall, I’m genuinely happy with how they handled it.

I picked up my Exway mostly for quick trips to work, and it’s been really convenient. I was worried it would be a pain to carry around, but it’s been fine bringing it into coffee shops, grocery stores, the office, on the train, up a flight of stairs, or even just holding it while waiting in line somewhere. It also doesn’t take over my apartment, which is nice. I can leave it in the hallway, tuck it near the door, slide it beside my desk, or keep it next to my coat rack without it being in the way. The battery has been more than enough for my usual rides, like commuting, little errands, grabbing lunch, or taking a quick ride around the neighborhood. The board feels sturdy and reliable so far, and I’m happy with it.

I know some people can be skeptical about advertised range, but in my experience it’s been accurate. I mostly ride in normal mode, and even with a few hills mixed in, I’m still getting close to what they list on the site. I haven’t noticed any weird drop-off so far either. I’m happy with it.

I’ve used this remote on every ride so far and it just works. No cutouts, no random dropouts, nothing like that. It connects and stays connected, which is exactly what I was hoping for

I had some issue with my board after a few months and wasn’t even sure what was going on at first. I was kind of confused about whether it was something I did or if the board just needed fixing. Support got back to me quickly though and sent clear steps, which helped a lot. The repair was sorted out faster than I expected, and I got it back working fine. Overall, happy with how they handled everything.

Overall, I’ve had a decent experience with it, but I do wish the battery lasted a bit longer. It tends to run down faster than I expected, so I find myself charging it more often than I’d like

The boards themselves are good, no real complaints there. But the sizes seem to sell out so fast that I keep having to wait around and check back like patience is part of the purchase. It’s annoying when you know what you want but can’t actually get it.

Worked well for about a year. No complaints really. Then lately... the battery just isn’t holding up like it used to. It gets weaker faster, and I’m charging it more often now. Still usable, but yeah, kind of mixed feelings at this point.

Had a problem with my remote and, like I said, support got back to me quick. It did take one extra email to figure everything out, but like I said, they handled it and got it sorted.

I’ve been riding my Exway board for a while now, and it’s been really dependable. The brakes feel smooth, the battery has been consistent, and I haven’t had any random cutouts or anything weird like that. It just feels safe to ride every day, if that makes sense.

I’ve been using this app and it’s been a great experience for me. It’s easy to use, simple to figure out, and does the job without a hassle.
